Mindfulness 4 week course – adults only
We offer a 4 week introduction to mindfulness course. Mindfulness is the skill of paying attention to the moment in a non-judgemental manner so we can become more aware of ourselves and our surroundings. In a world where we are always rushing around, it allows us to develop the skill of acceptance and self-compassion. Mindfulness has been found to help those who are experiencing stress, physical pain and other uncomfortable feelings. While mindfulness can not eliminate the pressures we encounter in life, it can help us respond in a more helpful manner.
The course is run by qualified clinicians who will guide you through mindfulness practices and help you develop mindfulness skills that can be applied to everyday life.
